Update...

I hope you all had a fantastic and restful holiday period :)

What a mammoth effort! I just updated the gallery with 41 new layouts and cards. The top section is all samples using my new range of clear stamps! It's very exciting to be using my new designs. I've just about finished the catalog for the new stamps. I've now got 30 designs in the Gold Series- 19 of them brand new designs. The other 11 incorporate some of the most popular stamps from the rubber series. I will still continue the rubber, just expanding to clear too!

Best News: new stamp sets will be available from 1st Feb and are only $28.50 rrp. What a bargain! I also wholesale these stamps so if you are interested please contact me (businesses only), or tell your local Scrapbooking or Stamping store, I'd be happy to help.

We are having a big release demo party on the 2nd of Feb @ Blossies, so come and join us!

Upcoming Classes: Calendar Creations- 13th Jan @ Blossies, Beautiful Family (first play with clear stamps!) and some beautiful cards combining the Papercraft Studio Stamps and the noteworthy paper range both on the 27th Jan @ Blossies. Feb 15th @ Scrapbook Obsessions Highfields combining our stamps and wax- fun fun fun!. 1st march- Charlot's Web Adelaide. I am available for teaching at you local store in the southeast Queensland area, local club or papercraft event. Just contact me to discuss details.

Now that business is out of the way I can do some sharing...

Found this before christmas and just fell in love with it. She sings and dances Tip toe through the tulips''. Funniest thing, makes me Smile:)
You may wonder where my obsession with birds comes from... here's a clue from my past...
I used to spend hours playing with this little brass bird as a very small girl. It sits just so snugly in the palm of your hand and it takes on your body warmth as you hold it so as a child it almost feels like its alive- magic. I was lucky enough that when I spotted it at mums house last year, she gifted it to me. its a little bit of childhood magic that still makes me smile. Now Abbi love it to. There you go, a bit if by bird obsession.

Which is probably why I've chosen my word for the year (inspired by Ali Edwards) as FLY. A small word but it means so much to me. I can fly and make my dreams come true. A bird can get there much quicker and enjoy the view, (as a crow flies). So that is my word FLY free and be ME!

busy happy crafty

We've had a busy couple of weeks. We visited Australia Zoo last Wednesday. It was great fun. The kids had a ball. Hands down my favourite part was hand feeding the elephants. They are such awesome beautiful graceful creatures. Abbi and I lined up 3 times to feed them. Abbi loved them too.

I've also finished a couple of classes that I will be teaching at Blossie's next month. Here is a sneak peak...

This class will be on Sunday the 9th...
We'll be stamping on felt and acetate to create this layout. We are also having another class on the 9th where you create your own backgrounds for your projects. This is a very fun class where you have a great chance to play with all the stamps and create your own unique art.

On Thursday the 13th I am teaching a Rock Princess card class. We'll combine pink, black, bling and acetate to create 3 great cards for the young ladies in your lives.

Check out Blossie's for more details. Hope to see you there!

On another note... WE GOT GRASS! I'm very excited. We've been waiting for soooo long it's nice to see it down finally. My lights in my studio have been fixed too- so stoked I have great lighting now with lovely big daylight globes so I can work at all hours (as I tend to anyway).

Here is a LO i did last week of my 'SonShine'

I had lots of fun with this LO. I used the dot dot circle set, the son from the boys set, 'You light up my life', and hugs and kisses. The paper and mat is from the new K & Company 'Wild Saffron' range- love it so warm.

Thats all for now,
Happy crafting...

New Garden!

I'm very excited! I got my Vegi garden planted today. I've had itchy fingers for so long and now I can finally plant my own garden and know that I won't loose it by moving again. And it's MY garden so I can plant whatever I want. Abbi helped me choose the plants and helped me plant them out.

The kids were very excited because they got to have their first play in their new sandpit. It is HUGE! They made sand angels and had a ball.

We also put our hand prints in the wet cement at the back of the house. A little memento of where we all are, especially how big the kids are.
